Our guide Emir was very reliable, friendly and helpful throughout our stay in Kyrgyzstan. I greatly appreciated his attention to our needs and wishes as well as his enlightening responses to our questions about the country's history, culture, languages, landmarks, cuisine, etc. He made sure we were comfortable and well informed whenever our ability to communicate with locals was impeded by the language barrier. On the eve of our flight, when my friend noticed he had left his passport in a hotel hours away, Emir was quick to get in touch with the hotel and come up with a solution to get it back in a timely fashion. Emir's grasp of the French language added an enjoyable character of familiarity between us. I recommend him in the highest terms!

From the first moment there was a click. 
Emir is a very professional guide. He really wants to help and let you have the best time. We spent two days horse riding to Song Kol. I really recommend travelling with him. 

Emir arranged a 3 day horse trek for us to Son Kol lake in October. Even though Emir didn't join us on the trek, everything was taken care of, including the taxi from and to Bishkek. If we come back, we would definitely book through Emir again!

Cannot recommend Bike and Hike as a tour company enough! Emir was an unbelievable guide; extremely responsive, reliable, organized and absolutely lovely to work with. He will be sure to make sure your experience in Kyrgyzstan is completely tailored to your travel plans, needs and more!
