Tabyldy Egemberdiev And in tribute to the memory of Tabyldy Egemberdiev, I will tell you a story about the founder of the ethnographic complexes "Supara" and "Supara Chunkurchak" Tabyldy Egemberdiyev, a multifaceted man who promoted national traditions and values among the people by his own example. No one could have imagined that the favorite homemade national drinks - jarma, bozo, chalap, which were usually made at home, could be easily bought on the street. Thirst-quenching drinks have been made by Kyrgyz people since ancient times, using crushed flour (called talkan) and spring water, and manually prepared in jargylchak – a handmade stone mill. Both children and Aksakals (“white bearded” – in this sense - old people) could not imagine their lives without these drinks - they were so firmly embedded in the life of every Kyrgyz that they were cooked not only in yurts on jailoo (a summer pasture), but also in city apartments.

Tabyldy Egemberdiyev's mother also prepared national drinks and treated her fellow villagers, and when her grown-up son came to the city, he did not have enough of his mother's drinks. And they decided to make it themselves, and the whole family sold it in bottles at the bazaar (market), so much so that there was no shortage of people who wanted to try it - then they started cooking more and more. That's how the Shoro company was formed, and the Maksym branded drink gained popularity among all the people.
But the entrepreneur did not stop there and soon the ethnic complex "Supara" and "Supara Chunkurchak" was built in the national style, where anyone can taste dishes of national cuisine and those most famous drinks of Tabyldy Egemberdiyev. The yurt ethno complex has become a kind of decoration of these places, where the spirit of Kyrgyz culture reigns everywhere. Huge wooden swings, which ancient Kyrgyz people rode since ancient times, kiyiz (felt carpets) with national ornaments, attendants in national uniforms -all this reminds us that a guest, tourist or traveler really gets to the high-altitude jailoo, where he is hospitably welcomed according to all the rules of the national tradition. Here you can taste the most exquisite dishes of Kyrgyz cuisine - shorpo, beshbarmak, kattama, zhupka, boorsok.
